Single User License

The reports produced by TSI are copyrighted publications of Technology Surveys International Inc., and may not be reproduced or distributed in whole or in part in any form without the express written permission of the Technology Surveys International Inc. Photocopying, printing or other forms of mechanical or electronic reproduction are strictly prohibited.

Corporate Use License

The reports produced by TSI are copyrighted publications of Technology Surveys International Inc. Corporate subscribers that have signed a corporate use license agreement with Technology Surveys International Inc. may store the electronic version of the publication on the corporate intranet or shared directory available to company employees. The electronic version of the report may be transmitted to employees by e-mail and copies of the publication made, either by printing or photocopying, provided that reproduction or distribution of this report, in whole or in part, is limited to employees of the corporate subscriber only.

Our Corporate Use License option provides:

	An electronic version (PDF) of the full study in searchable text
	Unlimited use of the study — it can be shared by all employees in your company
	Right to e-mail the full study, or parts thereof, internally to employees
	Permission to reprint, for internal use only, all or part of the study
	Authority to place the study on your corporate or departmental Intranet or shared directory/drive

Reasonable portions of the study may be cut and pasted into internal documents provided that the content is not changed and Technology Surveys International Inc. is referenced as the source. Selected information from the study may be used in external communications and reports on the basis of ‘fair use’ as embodied in copyright legislation, provided that these reports are not sold. In all cases where information from this study is used, the content shall not be changed and Technology Surveys International Inc. shall be referenced as the source.

Please note, the onus is on the subscribing company to ensure that their employees respect the conditions of this license agreement.

In order to validate a Corporate Use License companies purchasing a corporate use license for one of our reports will be required to sign an agreement with provisions as outlined above. This agreement will include the following clauses:

The undersigned hereby acknowledges that Technology Surveys International Inc. retains the copyright to the report and its contents.

The undersigned hereby represents that the {Report title} study will be made available only to individuals who are employees of the company, and that due care will be taken to ensure that this license is not violated in any way.
